Design Option 1Template Modification: Add Your Logo or a Photo to an existing Home Inspection Web Site template: $150.00 flat rate** includes up to 1 1/2 hours of project time Client must provide original logo graphic in acceptable image size and format (jpg or gif), and please indicate which template you would like to have modified. Please note that this flat rate option is only available for html based templates. Graphics based templates, including variations of Arches and LimeGreen, Rounded Blue and Blue-Grey are not eligible for flat-rate design but may be customized on an hourly rate basis. Note: Template modification programming does not include Photoshop work on your images or logo. If you need images resized, colored, or other wise modified in Photoshop, additional charges may apply.

Report HostingDocRep Document Upload- secure online report delivery for home inspectors. Our Document Repository (DocRep™) lets you upload documents for your customers to access online, using our easy-to-use and intuitive user interface. Each document has its own unique username/password key so that only the people who you want to have access to it will be able to view it online. DocRep also lets you automatically notify your clients via email when their report is available with specific instructions on how to access it. Single-User Cost: $375 including installation, license and first year's application hosting.$275 per year application hosting & licensing fee after first year Also available as a multi-user application - additional user seats are $175 per user per year. |

ProgrammingTransfer Your Web Site Content: If you have an existing web site that you want content transferred from, we can take care of that for you. The cost for this service is $300 for up to 3.5 hours of work. If your web site takes longer than that to migrate, you agree to be invoiced for any overtime spent, at the standard NACHI rate.Important - your existing web site must still be LIVE for us to be able to transfer content. We will build out your new web site on temporary space then you will be able to do the DNS transfer when your new web site is ready. |

Upgrade Your Content & Designs ($125): Upgrade the CMS version and add 30 more pages of home inspection content to your web site (offer valid only for basic subscribers, not for existing Quick Start customers).
